In 2016, I was Certified as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, "IIN", the largest nutrition school in the country.

 

As with almost all health coaches, I have dealt with my own share of health issues personally and within my family. I became tenacious about finding ways to heal myself and my family.

Weight, diabetes, thyroid conditions, heart issues, restless legs, disordered eating and opioid addiction along with food allergies and sensitivities have all been a part of my journey. Through all of these I have managed to research and find solutions to all of these areas.

Proudly, my wonderful husband of 20 years, Dominic, our 2 teenagers and I thrive on living a healthy lifestyle. We are able to maintain our health by cooking and exercising and we do not need to rely on any prescription drugs.

MY BACKGROUND

Coach Lo has given me the knowledge and tools throughout her coaching that I use everyday to help my family and myself live a healthy lifestyle.  Her guidance and support has given me the confidence to continue a successful health journey.
